We are seeking an enthusiastic Fulfillment Associate to join our growing team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role is integral to our logistics network, ensuring timely and accurate processing of online orders. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of the fulfillment process, including picking, packing, and shipping customer orders. You will utilize warehouse technology, such as scanners, to efficiently locate products and ensure order accuracy. A strong commitment to detail and a dedication to customer satisfaction are paramount. You will work collaboratively with your team to meet daily order fulfillment targets in a fast-paced environment. Maintaining a safe and clean workspace is a top priority, requiring strict adherence to all company safety policies and the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE ). The position requires physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks such as Lifting items up to 40 pounds. Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare items for shipment, including boxing and labeling.
- Scan items into and out of inventory management systems.
- Maintain organized and clean workstations.
- Assist in receiving and stocking incoming inventory.
- Conduct quality checks on products before packing.
- Follow all warehouse safety guidelines and procedures.
- Wear designated PPE at all times.
- Meet established performance metrics for speed and accuracy.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in fulfillment, e-commerce, or warehouse roles is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Capacity for regular Lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the correct use of PPE .
