Join our vibrant team as a Fulfillment Associate in Cincinnati, Ohio! We are looking for dedicated individuals to support our rapidly growing e-commerce operations. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently. Your contribution is vital to our logistics chain, impacting customer satisfaction and operational success. We are committed to providing a secure and hazard-free workplace, requiring strict adherence to all safety protocols and the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position demands physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Experience in a similar role is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures.
- Utilize RF scanners and other warehouse technology to manage inventory and order fulfillment.
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts and stock checks.
- Contribute to team efforts to meet daily fulfillment goals and deadlines.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed.
- Report any operational issues or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar role is advantageous.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- Capacity for frequent bending, stooping, and Lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to strictly follow all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Basic understanding of inventory control methods.
