Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team in San Antonio, Texas! In this role, you will be involved in various warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. Your contribution is key to the efficiency and success of our logistics operations. We place a strong emphasis on safety, requiring all team members to follow strict safety guidelines and utilize appropriate PPE. This position requires physical capability, including the ability to stand for long periods, walk extensively, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Full training will be provided on all warehouse procedures and equipment, but previous experience in a warehouse environment is advantageous. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload incoming materials and verify quantities.
  • Store products in designated warehouse locations accurately.
  • Pick and pack customer orders with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
  • Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
  • Meet established productivity and quality standards.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Understanding of basic logistics principles and warehouse safety.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable and punctual attendance.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and following all instructions, including PPE usage.
