Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves using order lists or scanners.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure correct quantities.
- Package items safely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit.
- Apply correct shipping labels to packages.
- Assist with receiving and stocking new inventory.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Strictly follow all safety guidelines and use required PPE.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Meet established productivity standards for picking and packing.
- Participate in inventory counts as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Understanding of basic logistics and warehouse safety.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Willingness to follow all company policies and safety procedures, including PPE requirements.
