We are hiring a diligent Warehouse Associate for our facility in Tampa, Florida! This is a hands-on role critical to the efficient operation of our warehouse and the broader logistics network. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Stock shelves and designated storage areas accurately and efficiently.
- Pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures and deadlines.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse, ensuring aisles are clear and hazards are mitigated.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and competently, utilizing appropriate PPE at all times.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts and stocktaking.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, contributing to a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform manual tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Capacity for regular Lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to various warehouse tasks.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team within the logistics operation.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move for the duration of the shift.
