Job Summary:
Join our growing team as a Fulfillment Associate in Durham, North Carolina! This role is vital to our company's ability to deliver products to our customers efficiently and accurately. You will be responsible for all aspects of order fulfillment, from receiving goods to shipping them out the door. This includes picking items, packing them securely, and ensuring that each order is correct. A key focus of this role is maintaining a high level of productivity while upholding our strict safety standards. You'll work with a variety of products and utilize warehouse technology to track inventory and manage orders. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic. We are looking for individuals who understand the importance of timely order processing in the fast-paced logistics industry. You will be expected to follow all procedures diligently, including the proper use of PPE. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanning devices and order sheets.
  • Inspect items for damage before packing.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
  • Label packages accurately for shipment.
  • Operate material handling equipment as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient operations.
  • Participate in inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
  • Assist with receiving and stocking of incoming goods.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is a plus.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Willingness to perform physical tasks, including bending, reaching, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
  • Basic computer skills for using scanning equipment and warehouse management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
  • Understanding of logistics operations and the importance of safety protocols.
  • Must wear appropriate PPE at all times in designated areas.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliable and committed to meeting deadlines.
