Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse inventory according to order specifications.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into shipping containers.
- Verify order accuracy before dispatch.
- Operate RF scanners and other warehouse technology.
- Maintain a clean and organized picking and packing station.
- Adhere to all company Safety regulations and guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
- Understand and contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.
- Be prepared for tasks involving significant Lifting of products.
- Prioritize workplace Safety in all activities.
- Assist with inventory management as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or general warehouse work is an advantage.
- Ability to read and understand pick lists and product labels.
- Proficiency with handheld scanners and basic computer skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Must be able to perform tasks requiring Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
