Join our bustling warehouse team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania as an Order Picker! In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You'll navigate our warehouse using pick lists or RF scanners to locate and retrieve products. Precision, speed, and a commitment to Safety are key. This position involves active work within our Logistics distribution center, requiring you to be on your feet and moving throughout your shift. Key responsibilities include:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to customer orders.
- Utilize RF scanners or pick lists to identify product locations and quantities.
- Ensure picked items are in good condition and match order specifications.
- Transport picked items to the packing station efficiently.
- Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining an organized work area.
- Adhere to all warehouse Safety procedures and guidelines.
- Participate in inventory checks and stocktaking as needed.
- Contribute to team goals for order fulfillment efficiency.
We are looking for motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous picking experience is beneficial but not mandatory. This role requires physical stamina, including frequent Lifting of items up to 40 pounds and prolonged periods of standing and walking. We prioritize your well-being and provide all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
