Jr. Business Analyst Type:
6-Month Contract (Likely to Extend) Location:
Houston, TX Pay : $25-27

The Jr. Business Analyst will support daily operations by auditing Coupa supplier changes, reviewing transactions for compliance, and ensuring timely communication and follow-up with suppliers to facilitate payments and data updates. This role will handle internal and external issue resolution, monitor workflow to meet service-level agreements, track issues through to resolution, and contribute to cross-functional projects. The analyst will also recommend process improvements, assist with special initiatives, and consistently meet established performance metrics.

Coupa, Oracle, ServiceNow, Outlook, Concur Software Requirements: Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) Familiarity with general business and/or accounting systems Subject matter knowledge in: Basic accounting processes Project management Training within areas of expertise Analytical and communication skills
Experience Level Minimum:
1 year of relevant experience
Education / Certifications Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field Certifications:
Not required, but relevant certifications are a plus
