Summary of Role
The logistics coordinator's primary role is to liaise between the site operations and the project administration and management. The job role is to independently manage the logistics of site supply/delivery; tracking and maintaining company assets; and planning and communicating with site leads for fluid productivity. It requires that you apply and proactively assist to develop company systems that facilitate said duties in an efficient manner whilst learning and adapting to challenges and multi-tasking with a requirement for planning and adapting in the field. Inspecting site setups and equipment for safety and maintenance of tools, small equipment and vehicles is also a key role.

Required Training/Certificates/Licenses/Abilities
- Valid Driver's License
- WHMIS training certification
- Fall Arrest / Working at Heights training certification
- Level 1 First-aid Certification
- In-house staging/setup Training
- Fit and Strong to perform Site Labour when required
- Small equipment repair knowledge strongly desired
Duties/Roles (will include and not be limited to)
- Requesting, collecting and delivering material/tool/equipment to active sites
- Mobilizing, staging, and demobilizing sites
- Liaising with site leads, administration and management
- Create processes and systems to support role and efficiency
- Create templates to use as tools for the position or within the scope of the role
- Communicating proactively with elected staff as site stock liaison
- Cleaning, organization and stocking of yard and warehouse
- Managing and organizing site boxes and first aid stations
- Managing, tracking and organizing the service/maintenance of equipment/tools/assets
- Collecting, organizing, and submitting of site purchase receipts and documents
- Reporting abuse of company tools, equipment, or policies
- Coordinating with suppliers and delivery drivers for procurement practices
- General labouring duties when required to support sites
Primary Accountabilities
- Yard and warehouse stock upkeep
- Tending to site needs, stocking consumables & organizing deliveries
- Truck, tool and asset tracking and management
- Auditing of deliveries and communicating deficiencies
- Material handling
- Relaying information from sites to administration and project coordinators/managers
- Punctual, precise, and organized deliveries of requested items
- Ensuring Daily, Weekly & Monthly "Routines Checklists" are followed and completed thoroughly.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $26.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 24 per week
