Account Representative

We are looking for an ambitious Account Representative who demonstrates our values of Care, Honour and Initiative and wants to make a difference and positively impact the lives of people across the country. Note, this is not a remote role.

Your Role

The Account Representativeis a focused sales professional who is responsible for maintaining and growing the business within the company's current customer base.

Specific job role duties include:

• Deepening relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional service.
• Calling existing clients to introduce new products, on-sale products and line extensions.
• Respond to incoming customer service calls and ensure an amazing customer experience.

Your Future at Hi Performance Distributors

This position will prepare the successful candidate to become a Key Account Manager at Hi Performance Distributors within 2-3 years.

Your Skills and Abilities

• Minimum of three years proven sales success in a Sales Development or equivalent role. Hobby experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Microsoft Office skills with experience using MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent problem solver with the ability to multi-task.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience working in a B2B environment.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
