Demonstrates customer interface/relationship skills and performs well in the Senior Business Analyst role with teams. Has the ability to provide direction to peer/junior resources. Defines high-level application, relationships, flows, implementation of business (processes, activities, functions, information), applications, and creates business and system use cases or functional specifications. Analyses complex and new situations, anticipates potential problems and future trends, assesses opportunities, impacts and risks while developing and implementing plans and solutions to customer problems. Independently creates business requirement documents (BRD) that set out project requirements including costs, objectives, milestones, and timelines. Focuses skills and experience on projects and oversees acceptance testing, contributes to development of user guides, provides user training, supports the user in development of work processes. Collaborates with Scrum Master to track progress of sprints (Sprint log, % difference between user stories planned and deployed). Participates in resolving any functional issue in post-production environment during the cutover period. Works under limited supervision of Sr. / Lead Business Analysts. Domain Experience: Should have prior experience of working with clients in Retail, CPG, and Logistics industries. Security Awareness: Should be aware of basic information security awareness protocols, Familiar with software security in the SDLC lifecycle, and Understands OWASP Top 10 concepts. Education Requirements: Bachelors: B.E. / B.Tech / BCA Masters: M.Tech / MCA MBA (Preferred): Tier 1/2 business school Must Have Experience in financial statement preparation and audit support
