Required Skills Education: BS/BA Degree Required Skills: Strong leadership, team-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate clearly with all levels of management and maintain confidentiality.

Experience: Five years of combined experience working as a Cybersecurity Lead or Security Manager or related field experience. Experience working with security information systems. Degree in security related field and/or other security certification. Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) experience preferred. NIST is transferrable.

Personal Qualities: Integrity, people skills, well organized, maintain confidentiality and able to obtain Top Security clearance.

Job Description

Overview: Build, lead and supervise security team to promote a secure and safe work environment and culture to accomplish company goals and objectives. Maintain security protocols (physical, information, and cyber) and ensure compliance with Intelligence Community directives. Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends. Knowledge of National Industrial Security Program requirements and contract security specifications/requirements. Advise key management personnel and government program representatives on industrial security measures and prepare and process security documentation. Oversee CMMC requirements and certification process. Ability to work with various departments and locations on both Physical and Cybersecurity needs and make recommendations. Responsible for the companies Information System Security Plan. Specific Duties: Create, execute, and monitor security policies, procedures, and practices in compliance with Government security requirements. Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability testing. Conduct investigations of security incidents. Provide subject matter expertise in a constantly evolving security domain, to security team, senior leadership, customers, and government stakeholders. Coordinate with IT teams on information and cyber security matters. Collaborate with the Information Technology (IT) Manager and team is critical. Oversee security trainings, briefings, and debriefings and maintain all records in compliance with security manual and governmental requirements. Primary contact for all security agencies.
