With a nationwide presence and a loyal customer base, this company is investing in people, platforms, and performance measurement to become more data-driven across every function.

As part of this evolution, they are seeking a Director of Analytics to shape the central analytics function and partner closely with key teams across marketing, operations, and consumer insights.

The Role: As the Director of Analytics, you’ll lead a small team and serve as the connective tissue between data and business strategy. You’ll design enterprise-level reporting frameworks, lead performance analytics, and support high-impact initiatives across customer experience, growth, and operational optimization.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the enterprise analytics function, managing and mentoring a team of 2 analysts Develop reporting strategies and enterprise dashboards to support executive decision-making Partner with Marketing, Consumer Insights, and Operations to define KPIs and optimize performance Leverage tools like Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL, and Google Analytics to uncover actionable insights Translate complex data into strategic recommendations across the business Establish analytics standards and best practices across departments

Your Skills and Experience: Required: 10+ years in enterprise or performance analytics with measurable business impact Strong proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, and Google Analytics Experience managing analysts and collaborating cross-functionally Track record of using data to drive business strategy, cost savings, and operational efficiency Excellent communication skills and executive presence Preferred: Experience in consumer-facing industries or membership-based businesses Exposure to predictive analytics or digital performance metrics Familiarity with multi-location/franchise models
