Server / Waitress – Full Time & Part Time

Job Summary
Symposium Cafe Alliston is looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Servers/Waitresses to join our growing team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment and love providing exceptional guest experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience
• Handle POS transactions and payments
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas
• Follow all food safety, health, and hygiene standards
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members

Qualifications

• Previous serving or customer service experience preferred (training provided)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, positive attitude with a team-player mindset
• Flexible availability (days, evenings, weekends, and holidays)
• Smart Serve certification required (or willingness to obtain)
