Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts (e.g., sit-down, stand-up, reach trucks) to move materials.
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Transport products to and from storage areas, staging areas, and loading docks.
- Stack and unstack pallets and materials efficiently.
- Perform daily **safety** inspections of forklift equipment and report any issues.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movement.
- Adhere to all **logistics** and warehouse operational procedures.
- Ensure **PPE** is worn correctly at all times.
Requirements:
- Valid forklift operator certification or license.
- Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or **logistics** environment.
- Ability to perform **lifting** of up to 50 lbs when necessary.
- Strong understanding of **safety** regulations and best practices for forklift operation.
- Must wear required **PPE**, including steel-toed boots and safety glasses.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
