Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and shipping.

- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for efficient **logistics**.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts.
- Implement and improve warehouse processes to enhance efficiency.
- Train new employees on warehouse operations and **safety** protocols.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth product flow.
- Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, **Logistics**, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in warehouse supervision or coordination.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and **logistics**.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace **safety** and **PPE** compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to **lift** up to 60 pounds.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software.
- Must be able to work flexible hours if needed.
