Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team in Baltimore, Maryland! In this vital role, you will contribute to the seamless operation of our logistics and fulfillment processes. Your responsibilities will include accurately picking products, meticulously packing them for shipment, and ensuring orders are prepared correctly and on time. This position requires a good level of physical fitness, including the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, as well as lift and move items up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities:
  • Select products from warehouse storage locations accurately based on order tickets or electronic devices.
  • Perform quality checks on selected items.
  • Package products appropriately to ensure safe delivery, selecting suitable packing materials.
  • Apply shipping labels and prepare orders for dispatch.
  • Assist in receiving and stocking inventory as directed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and warehouse.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
  • Operate manual and powered pallet jacks safely.
  • Meet or exceed established productivity goals.
  • Contribute to inventory accuracy through participation in cycle counts.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is an advantage.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
  • Basic understanding of inventory control and logistics operations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Reliable and punctual attendance is essential.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and following all guidelines, including the use of PPE.
