- Accurately select items from warehouse shelves according to order requirements.
- Utilize scanning technology to manage inventory and confirm selections.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure correct quantities are picked.
- Prepare orders for packing and shipment.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
- Comply with all safety protocols and use designated PPE.
- Contribute to team goals and support fellow associates.
- Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Prior warehouse or order picking experience is advantageous. Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods. Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Availability for flexible scheduling, including potential weekends and overtime. Understanding of basic logistics operations. Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to all PPE requirements is mandatory.
