We are looking for dedicated and hardworking individuals to play a key role in our order processing and shipping operations. As a Fulfillment Associate, your responsibilities will include accurately picking products, preparing them for shipment, managing inventory, and ensuring the overall efficiency of our Logistics flow. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and speed are essential. We are deeply committed to employee Safety , providing thorough training, and equipping you with all necessary PPE . The job requires physical activity, including standing for extended periods, walking, bending, and consistent Lifting of packages. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using handheld scanners and pick lists.
- Pack orders carefully and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Verify order accuracy against products picked.
- Receive and put away incoming inventory in designated locations.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock checks.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and Safety guidelines.
- Meet established performance metrics for productivity and accuracy.
- Wear and utilize all required PPE , including safety vests and gloves.
- Communicate any issues related to inventory, equipment, or safety to supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or fulfillment role is preferred.
- Proficiency with RF scanning technology is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift.
- Capability of Lifting up to 40 pounds repeatedly.
- Dedication to maintaining a safe work environment and following all Safety protocols.
- Willingness to wear and properly use all required PPE .
- Understanding of basic Logistics and order fulfillment processes.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
