Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in Washington, D.C. This role is crucial for ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment. You will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, adhering to strict quality control standards. Your primary focus will be on efficiency and accuracy to meet our customers' expectations. This position involves a significant amount of physical activity and requires a commitment to workplace safety. You will be part of a collaborative team that plays a vital role in our supply chain operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
  • Carefully pack items for shipment, ensuring proper protection and presentation.
  • Operate hand-held scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and PPE.
  • Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding order status and any discrepancies.
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment setting is a plus.
  • Ability to perform tasks involving lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of logistics and warehouse operations.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and using required PPE.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management skills.
