Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate in Austin, Texas! This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of our efficient **Logistics** network, contributing to the overall success of our warehouse operations. As a Warehouse Associate, you will engage in a variety of tasks including receiving and inspecting goods, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for delivery. The ideal candidate is energetic, reliable, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong understanding of warehouse **Safety** practices. This role requires the physical ability to perform **Lifting** of up to 50 lbs, as well as standing, walking, and bending for extended periods. Teamwork and a positive attitude are highly valued. Ensuring the safe handling of products and maintaining a clean work environment are key responsibilities. Strict adherence to all company **Safety** policies and the mandatory use of **PPE** (such as safety shoes and vests) are required.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock merchandise accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick customer orders with speed and accuracy.
- Pack orders securely for shipment.
- Prepare shipments for outgoing transport.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Follow all **Safety** procedures and **PPE** guidelines.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (training provided).
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet operational goals.
- Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse tasks as assigned.
