Join our Denver, Colorado team as a Shipping Clerk! This role is vital to ensuring that our products are accurately prepared and dispatched to customers. You will be responsible for processing shipping orders, coordinating with carriers, and maintaining shipping documentation. Responsibilities:
  • Process and prepare shipping orders for domestic and international shipments.
  • Verify order accuracy, ensuring correct items and quantities are packed.
  • Schedule pickups with various shipping carriers.
  • Generate shipping labels and necessary documentation (e.g., BOLs, customs forms).
  • Track shipments and provide updates to internal teams and customers.
  • Maintain accurate shipping records and files.
  • Communicate with warehouse staff to ensure timely shipment preparation.
  • Adhere to all Safety regulations and ensure proper use of PPE.
  • Assist with organizing the shipping dock and staging areas.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics department.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in using shipping software and online carrier portals.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to perform light Lifting (up to 25 lbs) when assisting with staging.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with warehouse Safety protocols.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
