Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for damage and discrepancies.
- Accurately stock and organize inventory within the distribution center.
- Efficiently pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Prepare goods for shipment, including proper packaging, labeling, and staging.
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and proficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, strictly following safety protocols.
- Use required PPE correctly and ensure compliance with all safety regulations, especially regarding lifting.
- Support the overall logistics and supply chain operations of the facility.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational targets.
- Contribute to process improvements and problem-solving within the team.
