Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for damage and discrepancies.
  • Accurately stock and organize inventory within the distribution center.
  • Efficiently pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
  • Prepare goods for shipment, including proper packaging, labeling, and staging.
  • Conduct regular inventory cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
  • Operate various warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and proficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, strictly following safety protocols.
  • Use required PPE correctly and ensure compliance with all safety regulations, especially regarding lifting.
  • Support the overall logistics and supply chain operations of the facility.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational targets.
  • Contribute to process improvements and problem-solving within the team.
