We're seeking energetic and dependable Warehouse Workers to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina! Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer specifications.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols, including the correct use of required PPE.
- Participate in inventory management activities, such as cycle counts.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics and distribution processes.
- Perform general warehouse housekeeping duties.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and a commitment to following them.
- Willingness to wear appropriate PPE for all tasks.
