Join our dynamic team as a Picker/Packer in sunny Las Vegas, Nevada! We are seeking motivated individuals to accurately pick and pack orders, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient warehouse operations. This role is crucial to our logistics network, and you will be an integral part of our success. You will be responsible for receiving inventory, locating items using scanners, carefully picking them for customer orders, and then packing them securely for shipment. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality are paramount.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order lists.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Utilize RF scanners and other warehouse technology to track inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned, supporting the overall logistics flow.
- Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks as needed.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds repetitively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic reading and math skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to workplace safety and following guidelines.
