Join our dynamic logistics team as a Warehouse Worker in Baltimore, Maryland! We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to contribute to the efficient operation of our state-of-the-art warehouse facility. This role is crucial to our supply chain, ensuring timely and accurate handling of goods. Your responsibilities will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders with precision. You will be an integral part of maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for damages and discrepancies.
- Sort and store merchandise in designated locations using appropriate equipment.
- Accurately pick items from shelves according to order specifications.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space, including aisles and storage areas.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, as needed.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the use of PPE.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics principles is beneficial.
