About
We are seeking motivated Distribution Center Associates to join our state-of-the-art facility in San Jose, California. In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. Your contributions are vital to our logistics network, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers. The ideal candidate will be energetic, reliable, and possess a strong commitment to Safety and efficiency. Experience with material handling equipment is a plus. This position requires physical stamina, the ability to perform regular Lifting, and excellent attention to detail. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload inbound shipments, verifying contents against manifests.
- Accurately stock received merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick customer orders using RF scanners and other equipment.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for safe transit.
- Prepare outgoing shipments for carriers.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the distribution center's logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial trucks is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to Safety protocols and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
