Join our busy fulfillment center in Phoenix, Arizona, as a Picker/Packer! This role is essential to our operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently fulfilled. You will be responsible for picking specific items from warehouse shelves and accurately packing them for shipment. Success in this position requires speed, accuracy, and a commitment to Safety. You'll be working with a dedicated team in a fast-paced logistics environment. The ability to handle physical tasks, including repetitive Lifting, is a must. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations based on order specifications.
- Verify picked items against order tickets to ensure accuracy.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and surrounding area.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed to support logistics operations.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
Qualifications:
- Previous picking and packing experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is a plus.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions and consistent Lifting of up to 35 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of basic warehouse and logistics processes.
- Commitment to Safety and following instructions precisely.
- Good hand-eye coordination.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
