We are hiring a motivated Warehouse Associate for our facility in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the flow of goods within our warehouse, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities include receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. This position demands a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to Safety. You will work closely with a team to maintain optimal inventory levels and support the overall logistics process. The ability to handle physical tasks, including regular Lifting, is essential. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders.
- Stock received goods in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and prepare orders for shipment with precision.
- Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles as required.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts.
- Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Adhere to all Safety protocols and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Contribute to the efficient execution of all logistics tasks.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is beneficial.
- Capability to perform consistent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Strong focus on Safety and adherence to guidelines.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic understanding of Logistics and supply chain principles.
