Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Distribution Center Associate to join our team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of orders and inventory within our state-of-the-art facility. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will perform a range of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping goods. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, verify, and stock incoming merchandise.
  • Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
  • Label and prepare shipments for outgoing carriers.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
  • Operate various warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and proficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all Safety procedures.
  • Wear and utilize all required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) diligently.
  • Identify and report any damages, discrepancies, or potential hazards.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.
  • Ability to perform consistent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Familiarity with order picking, packing, and shipping processes.
  • Knowledge of warehouse Safety regulations and the importance of PPE .
  • Proficiency with RF scanning equipment is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, physically demanding role.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
