Overview
We are seeking a *Project Manager / Implementation Manager* to serve as a *cross-functional delivery leader* responsible for aligning *product roadmap execution*, *customer implementations*, and *internal delivery timelines*. This role sits at the intersection of *Product, Engineering, Data, and Customer-facing teams*, ensuring commitments are realistic, coordinated, and delivered with clarity.
This is a *hands-on, technically fluent role* that owns execution — not just reporting — across enterprise and local SaaS deployments.
Core ResponsibilitiesRoadmap & Delivery Alignment
· Partner closely with *Product Managers* to translate the *product roadmap* into executable delivery plans
· Own *timeline coordination* across roadmap initiatives, customer commitments, and implementation dependencies
· Identify conflicts between roadmap priorities and customer delivery timelines, and proactively drive resolution
· Ensure roadmap-driven work is sequenced and communicated clearly across Engineering, Data, QA, and Customer Success
Cross-Functional Project Leadership
· Act as the *central coordination point* across Product, Engineering, Data, QA, and Customer Success
· Drive alignment on scope, milestones, dependencies, and delivery expectations
· Own delivery planning and execution for initiatives that span multiple teams and workstreams
· Surface risks early and lead mitigation planning across teams
Implementation & Customer Delivery
· Lead SaaS implementations end-to-end, from kickoff through go-live and stabilization
· Manage *customer expectations* by translating internal delivery realities into clear, credible external timelines
· Serve as the primary delivery owner during implementation, ensuring customers understand scope, milestones, risks, and tradeoffs
· Balance enterprise-level delivery rigor with the speed and pragmatism required for local deployments
Technical & Data Migration Oversight
· Plan and coordinate *data migrations*, including legacy system analysis, field mapping, validation, and reconciliation
· Partner with *Data and Engineering teams* to manage migration complexity, sequencing, and quality
· Oversee technical integrations and external dependencies, ensuring delivery timelines remain achievable
· Translate technical detail into actionable plans for both internal teams and customers
Execution, Tools & Reporting
· Own project plans and execution tracking in *Jira*, including epics, stories, dependencies, and milestone reporting
· Maintain delivery dashboards and status reporting for internal leadership and customers
· Drive disciplined execution while adapting plans as priorities or constraints shift
· Establish and refine repeatable delivery and implementation processes in partnership with Product and Success
Required Qualifications
· 2-5+ years of experience in *Project Management, Implementation Management, or Technical Delivery* within a SaaS environment
· Demonstrated experience working *closely with Product Managers* to operationalize roadmap delivery
· Strong experience managing *cross-functional timelines* across Engineering, Product, Data, and Customer teams
· Hands-on experience with *Jira* for delivery planning and execution
· Proven success leading *data migrations* and complex software implementations
· Ability to manage *enterprise customer expectations* while maintaining internal delivery discipline
· Strong communication skills across technical, operational, and executive audiences
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in *GovTech, regulated industries, or enterprise B2B SaaS*
· Familiarity with *Agile / Scrum* product and delivery environments
· PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification
· Experience supporting both *enterprise-scale and local-level deployments*
· Background in data-heavy or workflow-driven systems
Key Competencies
· Roadmap-to-execution translation
· Cross-functional influence without authority
· Customer expectation management
· Technical fluency and delivery pragmatism
· Risk identification and mitigation
Clear, calm execution in high-visibility environments
