The Role We are seeking a skilled
BI Analyst
with a strong technical background to join the team. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver actionable insights, optimise reporting processes, and enhance data-driven decision-making. You will be instrumental in developing and maintaining BI solutions, supporting the organisation’s growth and performance objectives. This role offers a
hybrid working model , giving flexibility to work both from home and the office.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and optimise
Power BI
dashboards to deliver insights across the business.
Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources using
ETL
processes.
Apply
Python
for data manipulation, analysis, and automation tasks.
Work with
Snowflake
and other data warehouse solutions to ensure high-quality, reliable data.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Support the continuous improvement of BI processes, tools, and governance standards.
Proven experience in
Power BI ,
SQL , and
Python .
Experience with
Snowflake
and
ETL
processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in the healthcare sector is desirable but not essential.
Competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000.
