About
You will be responsible for the full insight cycle—from data acquisition and quality assurance, through modelling and visualisation, to clear narrative reporting, translating complex patterns into recommendations for senior leadership.
Responsibilities
Delivering high‑quality, timely analysis and intelligence on workforce data
Leading the design and implementation of business intelligence solutions using tools such as Microsoft SSRS and Power BI
Driving your own work programme while contributing to the overall People strategy
Supporting teams to plan, manage, and deliver projects effectively, often under tight deadlines
Building strong relationships and communicating complex findings to diverse audiences
