Host (Morning Shift)

Position: Host / Hostess (Part-Time – Morning Shift)

Schedule:

Morning shift is 10:30 AM – 2:00 PM, 5 days a week, with some night shifts on weekends

We are looking for a friendly and outgoing person to join our team as a Host/Hostess. You will be the first person our guests see, so a positive attitude and great customer service are very important.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly smile
• Seat guests and give them menus
• Answer phone calls and help with reservations
• Manage the waitlist and help with seating
• Keep the host area clean and organized
• Communicate with servers and kitchen staff
• Answer guest questions and help resolve any concerns
• Give guests accurate wait-time estimates

Experience & Skills

• Restaurant or hotel experience preferred
• Friendly and professional customer service skills
• Good phone and communication skills
• Experience with TOAST POS is a plus
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
