Position Summary
We're looking for a detail-driven Creative Services Coordinator to be the connective hub between our internal teams and external design partners. In this role, you'll manage artwork requests from intake through final delivery—ensuring accuracy, quality, and alignment with brand and production standards.
You'll review creative briefs, coordinate revisions, track versions and deadlines, and create or update artwork as needed. Working closely with Sales, Project Management, Engineering, and Design, you'll help streamline workflows, reduce rework, and keep projects moving on schedule. Inclusive of routine design duties, when available, to support the department workload. This role is ideal for someone with a strong design background, production knowledge, and a passion for organization, communication, and high-quality execution.
Compensation & Benefits
- $26.00 to $29.80 an hour (depending on level of experience)

What You'll Do
- Review internal artwork requests to ensure all required details, assets, instructions, and production specifications are complete prior to submission.
- Review artwork returned from design service providers for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with requested specifications.
- Proactively identify gaps, inconsistencies, or risks to reduce rework and delays.
- Maintain version control, file naming standards, and organized archival of artwork requests, revisions, and approvals.
- Create new artwork and update or correct existing files as needed.
- Gather, understand, and share design service provider performance metrics.
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and design service providers.
- Communicate revisions, clarifications, deadlines, and approvals clearly and in a timely manner.
- Facilitate smooth handoffs between teams and resolve issues impacting timelines or quality.
- Support scheduling of biweekly meetings, adhoc discussions, and crossteam checkins.
- Maintain organized records of artwork history, feedback, approvals, and final deliverables.
- Develop and maintain submission standards, templates, and process guidelines to ensure consistency and reduce errors.
- Train Sales, Project Management, and Design teams on best practices for artwork submissions and design requirements.
- Identify workflow bottlenecks and recurring issues; recommend and support process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal Design teams and design service providers to ensure consistent quality and alignment with brand standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, production design, or creative operations.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of production artwork, file structure, color standards, and designtoprint workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to review and qualitycheck artwork for accuracy, completeness, and production readiness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience collaborating across internal teams and remote or global partners.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in training others
- High attention to detail with a processdriven mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Art, Graphic Design, or related field.
- Experience in sign production, print production, fabrication, or related manufacturing environments.
- Experience coordinating or managing creative workflows, artwork intake processes, or external vendors.
- Familiarity with version control, filenaming standards, and creative documentation best practices.
- Project coordination or project management experience.
- Experience supporting process improvements or workflow optimization initiatives.
