Our client is a global leader in the innovative design and manufacturing of high-performance air-cooled heat exchangers. With a strong reputation for engineering excellence and operational quality, they support critical energy and industrial applications worldwide. They are seeking a Weekend Production Supervisor to join their team in Tulsa, OK.

  • Responsibilities:

  • Supervise department employees, providing guidance and support to maximize productivity and potential
  • Manage work orders and schedules, ensuring production targets are met
  • Participate in assembly work and record labor in ERP systems daily
  • Oversee assembly of heat exchanger bundles, including layout, tubing, rolling, and hydrostatic testing
  • Supervise final assembly and testing, including structural components and drive components (motors and props)
  • Read and interpret instructions, diagrams, and blueprints to ensure correct assembly procedures
  • Ensure products meet established quality standards
  • Follow company safety programs and policies to maintain a safe work environment
  • Balance labor assignments across the department and schedule overtime as needed
  • Communicate with department leads, shop manager, and Engineering/Quality Assurance teams regarding workflow, materials, and changes
  • Verify employees are accurately logging work, rework, and time in ERP systems
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 4 years manufacturing experience; prior air-cooled heat exchanger assembly management experience required
  • Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and assembly instructions
  • Experience using hand tools, cranes, forklifts, tube rolling equipment, and other shop machinery
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven supervisory experience and team leadership abilities
