What You'll Do
As a Multi-Site Maintenance Technician, you'll help keep our St. George apartment communities safe, attractive, and operating efficiently. You'll rotate between properties to assist with daily maintenance operations and special projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Completing maintenance requests and repairs in apartments and common areas
- Turning vacant units efficiently and to company standards
- Performing preventative maintenance and general repairs, including:
- Patching and painting
- Maintaining community grounds and curb appeal
- Troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues promptly and professionally
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a dependable, detail-oriented self-starter who can work independently while collaborating with on-site teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- Apartment or multifamily maintenance experience preferred
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, or drywall (a plus)
- Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Professional, reliable work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using basic computer programs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Reliable transportation to travel between St. George properties
