Plumbing Manager

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumbing Manager to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing operations within our projects. We are a plumbing service company.

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot any issues related to mechanical systems and provide effective solutions.
• Supervise a team of technicians and subcontractors, providing guidance on best practices for installation and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, including timelines and material usage.
• Ensure all work is completed within project deadlines while adhering to budget constraints.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 10 years of service experience.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics; familiarity with pipe threading is a plus.
• Must be familiar with House call Pros
• Must have Service Management experience.
• Experience with commercial driving is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must have flexible working hours.
• Ability to operate hand tools safely and effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• A commitment to maintaining a safe working environment on construction sites.
