Construction Estimator
to join our team

This Estimator will be responsible for building project bid packages, contacting subcontractors, managing project files to prepare cost and labor estimates for bids/proposals. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal communication skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of construction management.

• Assist with review of construction documents for bid scope.
• Build and maintain project files when new jobs are initiated and handed-off.
• Answer questions regarding bid process and basic project queries.
• Contact vendors/subcontractors for quotes, qualifications, and other information as required.
• Maintenance, updates, and distribution of the bid list, bid packages, addendums, and documentation to ensure complete, accurate and timely bid processing and information flow.
• Complete and assemble the proper bid forms for proposal submission.
• Maintain and update company list of qualified vendors/subcontractors.
• Assist with material lists for both pricing and procurement as required.
• Responsible for the acknowledgement, gathering, logging, and tracking of incoming bids and project opportunities from clients.
• Assist in preparation of the necessary bid or proposal documents for timely distribution and submission.
