Since 1979, Commonsense Housing has been providing residential services for adults with developmental disabilities. Commonsense Housing partners with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live meaningful, self-directed lives in their communities. Our role is to support each person in defining and achieving their own goals while living with dignity, respect, and true belonging.

We are seeking compassionate, capable, and committed individuals to join our team in supporting Members in our homes. We are currently hiring two live-in DSPs. Qualified candidates must already possess their CRMA and DSP certifications. These are full-time positions with benefits.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Maine Driver's License
• Successful completion of a background check (employment contingent upon this)
