What You'll Do:

As a DSP, you'll play a vital role in helping individuals lead fulfilling, independent lives. Your day-to-day tasks will be varied, dynamic, and rewarding, including:

• Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, meal prep, and household chores.
• Encourage independence by fostering self-advocacy and empowering individuals to make choices about their own lives.
• Support community engagement, including social activities, employment, and recreational outings.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
• Ensure a safe and respectful environment, following all safety protocols and best practices.
• Track and document progress to help us continually improve care and outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

We are searching for individuals who are not only qualified but passionate about making a real difference. The ideal candidate will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is a plus, but we provide full training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build meaningful connections with individuals and their families.
• A caring, patient, and respectful attitude towards others.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Background check and drug screening (required for all candidates).
• First aid and CPR certification (preferred, or willingness to obtain).
