Warehouse Associate

Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate & Delivery Driver to join our team. This role involves managing warehouse operations and delivering products efficiently to our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, experience in warehouse logistics, and a valid commercial driver's license. Duties

• Load and unload goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
• Safely operate box trucks and delivery vehicles, including those with manual transmissions
• Plan and execute route driving to ensure timely deliveries to various locations
• Assist with inventory management, including organizing stock within the warehouse
• Load, secure, and unload cargo for delivery routes
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns professionally
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine safety checks before and after routes
• Follow all safety protocols related to heavy lifting, moving goods, and driving operations
• Assist with warehouse organization and maintenance as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience in delivery driving, courier services, or similar roles involving route driving
• Warehouse experience preferred, including familiarity with forklifts and pallet jacks
• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record; experience with driver or similar vehicles is a plus
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving of goods safely and efficiently
• Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude
• Experience operating box trucks or similar commercial vehicles with manual transmission preferred
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to warehouse operations and driving duties
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adhere to delivery schedules
• Physical ability to lift heavy loads repeatedly throughout shifts
