Are you passionate about the Wine & Spirits industry? Do you thrive in a dynamic sales environment? Join our team as an Outside Sales Representative servicing the Essex County Territory for a leading importer/distributor of Wine & Spirits based in Wayne, NJ.

As an outside sales representative, you will play an essential role in driving business growth and building lasting relationships with customers.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities
• Maintain and expand our portfolio with existing and new accounts
• Schedule and conduct tasting events to promote our products and engage consumers
• Maintain good AR standings by ensuring timely payments and resolving any billing discrepancies
• Demonstrating a self-starter mentality to achieve and exceed sales goals
• Showcasing a professional attitude and exceptional organizational skills
• Utilizing effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients
• Attend quarterly meetings and on-site visits

Requirements for the position:

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience
• Strong knowledge of global fine wine regions, appellations, and vintages
• Must be 21 years or older
• Possess a valid Driver's License
• Ability to secure a State Alcohol Solicitors Permit
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
• General computer proficiency, especially in Word and Excel
• Ability to obtain a state-issued Solicitor's Permit
