As the Retail Manager, you will play a key role in driving store success through effective leadership, creative merchandising, and community-focused operations.

$750 sign on bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support staff and volunteers
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote growth and community engagement
• Stay current with fashion trends to ensure relevant inventory and displays
• Design and maintain visually appealing store layouts and store displays
• Assist with sorting and processing donated clothing and household items
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the store and donation drop-off areas
• Foster an inclusive, welcoming environment for staff, volunteers, and customers

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience
• Experience working with vulnerable populations preferred
• Supervisory experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Valid New York State driver's license required
