Nurse Practitioner

We are a Functional Medicine Clinic expanding into IV therapy and peptide therapy and are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to serve as our Medical Director/Prescriber on a part-time or retainer basis.

This is an excellent fit for NPs who enjoy functional, integrative, and preventative medicine and who want flexibility, autonomy, and low-stress clinic operations.

About the Role

We are adding medical services to our established holistic clinic and need an NP to:

• Provide medical oversight for peptide programs
• Write prescriptions and approve peptide protocols
• Review charts and ensure safety/compliance
• Collaborate with our chiropractor-owned wellness team

This role has flexible hours, minimal administrative burden, and strong long-term potential as our clinic grows.

Schedule Options

• Retainer / as-needed medical director
• Part-time weekly hours
• Telehealth visits available
• Great for NPs with other part-time roles or entrepreneurial interests

Ideal Candidate

• Licensed NP (APRN) in the State of Illinois
• Autonomous practice NP (or meets requirements for full practice authority)
• Experience in one or more of the following is a plus:
• IV therapy
• Peptide therapy
• Functional / integrative / regenerative medicine
• Hormone optimization
• Comfortable overseeing RNs and approving treatment plans
• Friendly, professional, and aligned with holistic/wellness values

Compensation

Competitive and flexible based on experience and structure:

• Monthly retainer
• OR hourly rate
• OR per-visit / hybrid options

We are open to creating a compensation model that works well for both sides.
