Location: Norcross, GA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Pay commensurate with experience

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Office Coordinator to serve as the central support hub of our organization. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced office environment, enjoys multitasking, and takes pride in delivering superior customer service while supporting daily administrative and executive functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers, providing a professional and welcoming receptionist experience
  • Process and manage vendor payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Handle catering orders and purchasing administration for meetings and company events
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including distribution and documentation
  • Collaborate closely with the accounting team to log and reconcile all incoming checks
  • Perform accurate data entry for every new incoming lead into internal systems
  • Provide executive-level administrative support, including coordination, scheduling, and task follow-up
  • Deliver superior customer service to internal teams, vendors, and external partners
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all administrative and financial tasks

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma required (minimum); Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven experience in an office coordination, administrative, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Professional demeanor with a customer-service mindset
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
