Children's Swim Instructor

Job Description — Swim Instructor

We're looking for a positive, energetic swim instructor to join our small, family-run swim school. Our lessons take place in a beautiful, welcoming home environment where kids feel safe, supported, and excited to learn.

What You'll Do:

• Teach children essential water skills, including swimming fundamentals, back-floating, and water confidence
• Follow our training program (provided if you have no prior experience) to learn our teaching approach
• For experienced instructors, jump right in—your skills will be an easy fit with room to grow
• Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy swim area before, during, and after lessons
• Create a fun, encouraging atmosphere that helps every child thrive
