The targeted compensation range for this full time year round, non-exempt position is $23/hr + Commissions. The position offers a competitive compensation package presented by Auberge Resorts Collection.

Job Description

The Concierge provides a superior level of service to all guests and visitors of the Hotel through responding to questions, sharing information about the Hotel and the local area, assisting with special requests, and making reservations for services or attractions.

  • Greet guests warmly and assist them with inquiries and requests.
  • Make dining, entertainment, and activity reservations as per guests' preferences.
  • Provide recommendations and information about local attractions, events, and activities.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and courteously.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and amenities.
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs efficiently.
  • Uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism at all times.
  • Stay informed about various local destinations, including cultural, historical, and recreational aspects, to design well-informed and captivating itineraries.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation management software
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
