We are seeking a data-driven Analyst to elevate our fundraising effectiveness through insightful analysis, rigorous pipeline management, and operational improvements. In this role, you will transform data into action by partnering closely with Development leadership, Fundraising Strategy, Marketing, Portfolio teams, and Finance to uncover trends, forecast revenue, and optimize portfolio health—enabling our community to scale its impact.

As an Analyst, you will join a world class development and fundraising capability supporting the growth and effectiveness of Stand Together. In this role, you will design and deliver actionable reporting and dashboards to drive fundraising decision-making; define and optimize KPIs; improve pipeline and portfolio health through data-backed insights; ensure data quality and integrity across systems; and support strategic analyses that accelerate growth and operational effectiveness.

How You Will Contribute

• Design and deliver recurring and adhoc reporting that creates visibility into key development metrics and drives decision-making.
• Define, monitor, and refine KPIs (e.g., pipeline coverage, conversion rates, cycle time, average gift) to generate actionable recommendations for leaders.
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement best practices to streamline prospecting, qualification, and solicitation workflows.
